Stephen Hawking

Stephen Hawking son of Frank Hawking and Isobel Hawking was born on January,8 1942 in Oxford, Oxfordshire England as Stephen willia. He was a British scientist, professor and author who has done groundbreaking work in physics and cosmology, and whose books have helped to make science accessible to everyone.
At the age of 21 , while studying cosmology at the University of Cambridge, he was diagnosed with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS).
He wrote a book titled A Breaf History of Time: From Big Bang to Black Hole, published in 1988 which was an international bestseller.
From 1979 to 2009 he held the post of Lucasion professor at Cambridge, the chair held by Issac Newton in 1663.
Professor Hawking has over dozen honorary degrees and was awarded the CBE in1982. He was the fellow of the Royal Society and a member of the US National Academy of Science.
Stephen Hawking is regarded as one of the most brilliant theoretical physists since Einstein.
His laboratory was the universe. He died early Wednesday at his home in Cambridge, England. He was 76.
According to Stephen Hawking " One of the basic rules of the universe is that nothing is perfect. Perfection simply doesn't exist..... Without imperfection, neither you nor I exist".
